I am an experienced field sound recordist and sound designer with a passion for capturing the unique and vibrant sounds of Africa. My journey in sound extends from my homeland of Tanzania to the diverse landscapes of South Africa and Madagascar. As a location sound mixer, I have had the privilege of working on various documentary projects, enriching my expertise and expanding my horizons.

I have been Blessed to have worked with some of the best cinematoggrapher's and Filmakers from my homeland - Tanzania but also from across the Globe, Hans Ngoteya, Jigar Ganatra, Joshua Neubert, Philipp Griess, David Ndossi, Tracy Keza, Edger Msiyani and Michael Ndossi, just to name a few ...

Education

I hold a diploma in Sound and Music Production from TaSUBa. During my three years of study, I actively collaborated on numerous film and documentary projects both within and outside the college. These experiences have been instrumental in honing my skills and deepening my understanding of sound production.

My greatest passion lies in recording the natural sounds of Africa – from the tranquil ambience of remote landscapes to the vibrant voices of its people. I am dedicated to capturing these sounds with the highest quality, creating an extensive library of unique African sounds that filmmakers worldwide can access and utilize.
